About Matt Hart
"Unfortunately I don't know the meaning of the word moderation." For endurance athlete Matt Hart this fact has thus far worked out alright. Matt is a member of the Montrail National Ultrarunning Team. He is also a member of nationally ranked adventure racing team DART-nuun, reigning West Coast Adventure Racing Champions. As a solo athlete Matt challenges himself with endurance mountain biking, ski mountaineering, and ultrarunning events. In December of 2005 Matt left his job at Microsoft to pursue his dream and race full time.

Matt, I watched this video for the first time just yesterday. It reminded me of An Inconvenient Truth in that I didn't really learn anything new, but that fact didn't make either film any less powerful or inspiring.
I'm interested to see how far into next year I can go without buying any "stuff". I think it will be much less time than I would hope.
Good video. Thanks for sharing. I passed along and got all good responses. If it just limits us all a little bit, that would help. Hope it keeps getting passed along.
